The CEO asked some good questions like:
-How is our content performing?
-What are we doing to improve performance?
-How are we thinking creatively to connect with our audience and stand out from competitors?
The marketing agency had no answers for him
(Well they had some, but you’ll laugh at what they actually said 🤣)
My friends…
“Outsourcing your content” to a marketing agency in 2025 is not a winning strategy
Why?
👉 Outsourced content has proven to be significantly less effective compared to the performance of in-house content
👉 It almost always “Doesn’t feel like you” and lacks your brand voice
👉 It’s slow to produce and you miss out on having a fast & nimble content team that can adjust on the fly and capture the best content
Go look at the company’s right now that are KILLIN it with content and using places like LinkedIn and other platforms to drive real revenue and business growth….
They all have one major thing in common:
They OWN their brand. They OWN their content.
They do NOT outsource it.
Make 2025 the year you take control of your brand and start building your own in-house content team.
