LSU Junior starts his social media marketing company after running low on cash.
Jase Augustus had the idea to start JCB Media after his mother asked him to manage her small business’ Instagram, The Sweet Spot. The then 20-year-old discovered his natural talent for digital branding.
JCB Media’s mission is to empower businesses through their three-step approach: plan, execute and optimize for the best user experience. The overall goal is to help businesses of all sizes across Baton Rouge grow their influence across all digital platforms.
“Everyone deserves an online presence, whether you’re a small business or big business, and I think a lot of the times small business owners really don’t understand that they have a spot in the digital realm,” Augustus said.
